The solution envisages the conversion of kinetic energy produced by a person during exercise into electrical energy, which contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. “Microgenerators” have been located on exercise equipment in order to register every movement and generate electricity. This solution is an example of fast, sustainable and low-cost green energy production that could be widely used to accelerate the green transition.
