This solution aimed to preserve and improve the diversity of plants in the “Jevremovac” Botanical Garden in Belgrade and increase their resistance to climate change by installing a rainwater irrigation system and using advanced methods for cultivating beneficial microorganisms for flora development. This will contribute to the restoring and increasing of the autochthonous woody, shrubby and herbaceous plant species at the Botanical Garden, provide enough water during drought periods, reduce the impact of pollution by increasing the density of the green belt at the BotanicalGarden and improve microclimate conditions, whilst also reducing the impact of noise.
