ECOLOGICAL ADHESIVES MADE OF AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE

Agricultural and industrial waste (AIW) is one of the main sources of environmental pollution, especially of soil, air and water. The main objectives of this initiative are to introduce innovative green technologies for the production of advanced and environmentally friendly adhesives based on AIW, which also provide a sustainable AIW management strategy. In the field of the development of bio-silica nanofillers and biopolyols for the production of environmentally friendly adhesives, the Faculty has established cooperation with the company “Tetragon”.
