BUILDING MATERIAL FROM USED TEXTILE, RUBBER AND PLASTIC

For its raw material, this innovation uses materials that are hard to recycle – textile, rubber and plastic – to manufacture construction blocks. Apart from these recycled materials, the blocks include water, sand and additives – with close professional scrutiny of the manufacturing process. As opposed to ordinary construction blocks, these blocks are manufactured in an environmentally friendly process, using a special machine (that will be purchased thanks to the “EU for Green Agenda in Serbia” project). The new blocks are expected to have a longer lifespan, better insulation properties, higher durability and a lower price than the available construction blocks.
