This innovative solution will test the impact of brown algae extract on evaporation during the chicken fattening process. Adding this ingredient is expected to reduce the evaporation of ammonia from animal droppings and manure and retain nitrogen inside them, which would enhance their value as a fertiliser for a variety of plants. This would contribute to reducing air pollution and a more efficient use of resources.
