This solution aims to modernise logistics in the new centralised and automated warehouse with an area of approximately 39,200 m2, where the goods will be transferred from the six existing warehouses. This improves operational efficiency and significantly reduces energy consumption. The warehouse will utilise an advanced HVAC system that combines geothermal energy and air-to-air heat pumps, which will cover approximately 30% of the warehouse’s total energy needs and contributes to a 40% reduction in CO2 by 2030. Automated storage systems and robotic technology optimise the management of goods and reduce the need for internal transport. Additionally, the warehouse’s energy efficiency is further increased by the installation of solar panels.
