The company specializes in producing compost for mushroom growing, processing around 36,000 tons of chicken manure and wheat straw annually. The process includes compost fermentation, pasteurization, and incubation. To modernize production, improve efficiency, and reduce environmental impact, the company plans to build a natural gas boiler room, replace outdated agricultural machinery (tractors and manure spreaders), and acquire a modern laboratory analyzer for fast and non-invasive analysis of raw materials and compost. These solutions enable better management of the production process, reduce CO₂ emissions, significantly shorten laboratory analysis time, lower operating costs, and improve compost quality as well as mushroom yields. The approach represents a technologically innovative solution in Serbia, contributing simultaneously to environmental sustainability, economic efficiency, and social development of local communities.
