Euro Spin produces sponges and furniture upholstery materials. Their solution involves producing eco-sponges from sponges of non-standard dimensions, as well as regenerated fibres from non-woven textiles, resulting in recycled raw materials for the furniture industry. This process allows for waste reduction and the reuse of materials, contributing to environmental protection and reducing raw material consumption. Current pilot production has a capacity of 30-40 tons monthly, which will utilize 40% of the total waste of this type in Serbia. The production will be automated, increasing its capacity to 90-100 tons per month. This solution also contributes to sustainable development and the creation of new jobs in the underdeveloped southern region of Serbia.
